WHAT IS A SELF-SERVE DOG WASH?
A self-serve dog wash is a clean fun place you can take your dog for a bath, use all professional grooming equipment and supplies.
Then walk away and leave the mess!

HOW DOES THIS BENEFIT ME AND MY PET?
You wash your dog with nice warm water and fluffy white towels, and keep the stinky smelly mess out of your home!

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
You MUST make an appointment to guarantee a tub when you want it. We strongly suggest, calling before you come to make sure there will be a tub available for you. Waiting with your dog can be difficult.

WOULD YOU WASH MY DOG?
No, we are strictly self-serve. We will always be here to help you with whatever you need, including talking you through the process and helping however we can, but it is a "Do-it-yourself" facility.

CAN I USE MY OWN SUPPLIES?
Yes, you are welcome to bring any shampoos or grooming supplies you prefer.
CAN I WASH MY CAT?
Yes, all pets are welcome, cat, dog, bird, hampster, fish, rabbit, ferret, etc.

HOW SANITARY IS THIS?
All tubs, tools, and equipment are cleaned between every dog. I use "TOP PERFORMANCE Animal Quarters Disinfectant, Detergent & Deodorizer". It is effective against viruses, bacteria, and fungi including, AIDS, rabies, herpes, leukemia and distemper along with countless others.
We do recommend keeping your pet up to date on all vaccinations.

MY DOG IS AGGRESSIVE, IS IT STILL WELCOME?
Yes, please warn me first. We do keep soft muzzles on hand just in case. Call and ask about our special "Bad Doggie" appointments.

WHAT IF I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT GROOMING?
Don't worry, We're here to help. You will be pleasantly surprised how fun and easy this can be.

HELP, MY DOG NEEDS AN EMERGENCY BATH!
WHAT DO I DO?
Call. If we are not there, the call will directly transfer to my cell phone. I will do everything I can to get the shop open for you.

WHAT IF MY DOG DOESN'T LIKE BATHS?
It is your responsibility to do what is best for your pet. The long term benefits of proper grooming are worth the few minutes of fussing you'll have to endure.
(My kids don't like baths either)
